IT Technician
Job Duties And Responsibilities
- Aid in resolving hardware/software issues for end users
- Participate in IT projects as directed by management
- Support technical upgrades and maintenance of desktop systems
- Assist management in creating training materials for computer troubleshooting and usage
- Install hardware such as computers, monitors, servers, UPS, routers, switches, etc.
- Manage all equipment and perform periodic inventories as required
- Troubleshoot mobile devices and configure new devices
- Install and configure computer systems, phones, and applications within the company
Qualifications
- Obtain a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Show accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask
- Effectively communicate and respond to questions from users and business partners
- Show organizational and time management skills sufficient to prioritize and coordinate multiple projects
- Work independently and collaboratively as needed
About the Role

The base salary range for this position is $20.00 to $22.00 hourly, with potential for additional bonuses and incentives.
