Responsibilities
- Maintain fixed assets, equipment and related items.
- Identify urgent IT hardware and onsite account needs.
- Install or replace computer hardware, hotspots, TV’s, security cameras, and additional items directed by the Director of Operations.
- Track supplies, work order status, and maintain inventory of equipment.
- Communicate to the Director of Operations when items are needing to be purchased, and the pickup and delivery of needed materials from vendors (when necessary).
- Provide IT assistance to officials, staff, visitors and others as needed.
- Represent operations department in partner related meetings when needed.
- Handle sensitive material, maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and displaying sound judgement.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Basic knowledge of: Computer hardware (installation, upgrades, troubleshooting), Networking basics (Wi-Fi setup, IP addressing, routers), Operating Systems (Windows, macOS), Software troubleshooting (Installations, updates, error resolution), Basic Cybersecurity awareness (passwords, malware prevention).
- Experience with related IT equipment and procedures.
- Valid Arizona Driver’s License/Clean 39mnt DMV record.
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Visual acuity sufficient to maintain system of records and reports containing computer-generated and handwritten documents.
- Strong Customer service skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive material, maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and displaying sound judgement.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and professionally with staff and clients.
- Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with federal, state and local standards.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds in order to safely manage equipment and any job required items.
- Occasional after-hours or on-call support may be required.
