IT Technician

We are looking for an experienced IT Technician to join our growing team at David Allen IT Solutions. Responsibilities

• Work as part of a dynamic frontline services team to deliver excellent support to David Allen IT Solutions clients
• Ensure client business IT systems empower them to work efficiently with minimal downtime
• Resolve customer support requests
• Help deploy end-user hardware
• Take ownership of deployment and project tasks allocated by the Service Desk or Project Manager
• Action projects through to resolution

Schedule
