CAPA is seeking a full-time IT Technician to ensure the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure and provide top-notch support to end users across multiple locations in Columbus, OH, and one in New Haven, CT. This role also supports IT systems for shared services partners, including Franklin Park Conservatory and Botanical Gardens, Columbus Symphony Orchestra, Jeanne B. McCoy Community Center for the Arts, Drexel Theatre, Opera Columbus, and The Contemporary Theatre of Ohio.
About the role
This position requires exceptional troubleshooting capabilities and a strong focus on internal customer service.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and support CAPA’s IT infrastructure.
- Provide technical assistance to end users in multiple locations.
- Support IT systems for shared services partners.
