Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day support for hardware and software issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve end-user issues.
- Perform IMAC activities (Installs, Moves, Adds, Changes).
- Manage incidents and service requests in ServiceNow.
- Meet service level objectives (SLOs).
- Configure and deploy workstations.
- Support PC refresh and lifecycle management.
- Track and manage IT assets.
- Deliver strong customer service.
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of desktop support experience.
- Strong troubleshooting of Windows OS, hardware, and peripherals.
- Experience with Microsoft 365.
- Working knowledge of networking concepts.
- Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow preferred).
