IT Technical Writer / Systems Analyst

About the role

The contractor will be responsible for purchasing parking through VDOT’s Parking Management Office or procuring their own parking.

The assignment will be extended beyond 6/30/24, probably 12+ months or more.

Responsibilities

• Have a working knowledge of Microsoft Project
• Be proficient in real-time delivery of training programs
• Create recordings of training programs that can be used on demand by the target audience
• Hold a PMP Certification through PMI or be qualified under Commonwealth of Virginia Qualification Standards for IT Project Managers
• Experience with VITA’s Commonwealth Technology Portfolio (CTP) system and process is strongly preferred

Preferred

• CBAP and/or CSPO Certification
• Experience using Team Foundation Server for agile software development and work item tracking
• Experience with automated testing tools such as Test Complete
