IT Technical Support Specialist (Entry Level)

Job Duties

• Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications
• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
• Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
• Replacing parts and/or equipment as required
• Sets up new users' accounts and profiles
• Prioritize and manage many tasks at one time
• Supports 5 office locations

Requirements

• Must have a minimum of two years experience
• Must have a clean criminal background
• May require traveling to five locations
• Must have professional demeanor
• Must have ability to multitask
• Must be punctual and have excellent attendance
