Job Summary
This requisition supports a new factory startup manufacturing large form-factor equipment. The position involves building operations and manufacturing staff, fitting out the building, and creating process flow/work instructions.

Minimum Requirements
- High School diploma and one year of experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- A+ certification required
- Knowledge of Microsoft applications and utilities

- Service-oriented attitude with sense of urgency
- Ability to work independently and prioritize based on business impact
- Time management and analytical troubleshooting skills
- Ability to understand basic network and system architecture
- Willingness to provide on-call support and adapt to startup demands
Physical Requirements
- Prolonged use of computer equipment
- Sit or stand for extended periods
- Lift up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Frequent walking between office and manufacturing floor areas

- May include time spent in partially constructed or transitioning work areas
Work Hours
Supports a new factory startup and operates in a dynamic, fast-changing environment. Works hands-on in factory, warehouse, and construction-adjacent environments as systems and work areas are brought online. Partners closely with IT leadership, facilities, manufacturing engineering, and external vendors to resolve issues impacting startup timelines. Works on non-standard schedules, including extended hours or weekends, during critical startup and production milestones.
Pay
The hourly pay range for this role is $23.89 - $43.03. Job-related, non-discriminatory factors used to determine the actual offered rate include qualifications and experience, geographic location, education, external market data, and consideration of internal equity.
