IT Tech Specialist

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for clients.
• Install, configure, and maintain IT systems and infrastructure.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their IT needs and provide effective solutions.
• Ensure the security and integrity of IT systems through regular updates and maintenance.
• Aid in the implementation of IT projects and upgrades.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an IT Tech Specialist or similar role.
• Proficient in [mention specific technologies, software, or skills relevant to the job].
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.

Requirements

Starting Pay: $18-26 per hour (depending upon education and experience).
