IT Tech Specialist

About the role

DDIT is a dynamic and rapidly growing technology solutions provider committed to delivering top-notch IT services. We specialize in specific areas like networking, systems administration, cybersecurity, etc., ensuring our clients stay at the forefront of technological advancements. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Tech Specialist to join our team on a contract basis (1099). As an IT Tech Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and implementing IT solutions to enhance our clients' business operations.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for clients.
• Install, configure, and maintain IT systems and infrastructure.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their IT needs and provide effective solutions.
• Ensure the security and integrity of IT systems through regular updates and maintenance.
• Assist in the implementation of IT projects and upgrades.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Any specialized Certifications.
• Must have own equipment/tools.
• Availability to work on a contract (1099) basis with no benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an IT Tech Specialist or similar role.

Pay
