Description Of Primary Responsibilities
- Deploys, configures, and maintains employee computing devices
- Provides hardware and software support to users
- Provides hardware and software support on network systems
- Provides server and infrastructure support
- Maintains support for the company websites and communication systems

Professional & Technical Knowledge
- Possesses general work-related skills consistent with completion of a high school program, including written and verbal communication skills, computational and computer skills, and mathematical knowledge
- Possesses foundational understanding of network, server, and employee computing device operations and system designs
- Demonstrates growing familiarity with company security and compliance standards
Technical Skills
- Assembles and upgrades employee computing devices, including memory, storage, and other hardware components
- Diagnoses and troubleshoots network hardware and connectivity issues
- Maintains server performance, availability, backups, and critical services according to standards
- Applies software updates, patches, and configuration changes across devices, network, and server systems
Licenses & Certifications
- Driver’s license
Communications Skills
- Effectively communicates complex and/or technical information to co-workers and others
- Exercises tact and diplomacy in resolving mild conflicts or disagreements
- Effectively communicates information in written (including electronic) correspondence
- Effectively conveys technical information to non-technical audiences
Pay Range
Pay Range: $30.59 - $36.84 per hour
An annual incentive bonus with an earning potential of 10% of base pay.
