IT Systems Team Lead - Revenue Cycle Applications

Role Overview: Responsible for leading a team of system analysts, overseeing communication, development, planning, and project coordination to ensure successful project completion and excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities: Organize and mentor staff, define system scope and objectives, develop detailed specifications, design and test programs, and ensure quality assurance. Prepare project plans, manage budgets, and maintain documentation. Support senior staff in identifying business needs and ensure compliance with regulatory standards and change management processes. Foster collaboration across teams and promote a positive work environment rooted in core values. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Administration, or related field, with at least five years of applications experience. Preferred certifications include Epic and Cogito. Must demonstrate technical proficiency in system specifications, programming, and healthcare data usage. Strong communication, critical thinking, leadership, and interpersonal skills are essential. Knowledge of database management, software tools, and project management principles is required. Ability to adapt to departmental needs and uphold professional standards is vital.
