Responsibilities
- Serving as technical lead for manufacturing and operational technology solutions
- Establishing design standards and ensuring architectural alignment across OT, IT, and cloud environments
- Own and guide complex integrations such as SCADA/PLC to applications, MES/MOM to SAP, and make primary technical decisions across connected systems
- Define configuration baselines, integration patterns, and technical guidelines
- Oversee IT service delivery for plant systems using ITIL aligned practices, ensuring service levels for performance, reliability, and system availability
- Translate operational requirements into technical specifications, solution designs, and acceptance criteria
Qualifications
- 10+ years experience in Windows/.NET, preferably handhelds deployment experience
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related fields
Pay
Compensation for the IT Systems Specialist Lead: Salary Range: $65-$68 per hour based on professional experience
