IT Systems Engineer IV (PLM / Teamcenter)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior IT Systems Engineer to design, architect, and support enterprise Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems using Siemens Teamcenter. This role focuses on leading PLM initiatives, managing integrations, overseeing upgrades, and mentoring junior engineers for aerospace and defense programs.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect enterprise PLM solutions using Siemens Teamcenter.
• Lead PLM initiatives and drive best practices for aerospace and defense programs.
• Manage integrations between Teamcenter and other enterprise systems.
• Oversee upgrades, patches, and system maintenance for Teamcenter environments.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance on PLM processes.

Requirements

• 10+ years of hands-on experience with Siemens Teamcenter.
• Proven expertise in designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise PLM systems.
• Experience with aerospace and defense industry standards and workflows.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of mentoring technical teams.
