IT Systems Engineer
What's the Job?
Engineer desktop operating system architecture, design, build, implementation, maintenance, and retirement.
Operate Intune and MECM (SCCM) components and services such as Operating System Deployment, Software Updates, Software Deployments, Collections, Compliance Baselines, Software Packages & Applications, and Client Health.
Provide engineering services for desktop Privilege Management to allow or deny listing of executables and applications with products such as Ivanti and Intune.
Collaborate with engineering, operations, and support teams to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance user experience.
Maintain systems and processes that enable management and security on endpoints, including Group Policy and Configuration Profiles.
What's Needed?
- Minimum three years of recent experience with desktop operating systems and infrastructure technologies such as WAN/LAN, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, and VPN.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred; high school diploma or GED required.
- Knowledge of Intune, MECM (SCCM), Windows Desktop Operating Systems (Win10/11), Hybrid Join, and Co-management.
- Experience with client VPN solutions such as Pulse, Cisco Secure/Any Connect, and ZScaler.
- Strong scripting skills in PowerShell and working knowledge of security tools like Windows Defender, Data Loss Prevention, and Bitlocker.
