About the role

The IT Systems Auditor will conduct audits and assessments to ensure the security and integrity of the organization's IT systems. This includes evaluating compliance with policies and standards, identifying risks, and recommending improvements.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate the effectiveness of existing security controls and recommend enhancements
• Assess compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Identify potential vulnerabilities and recommend mitigation strategies
• Prepare and present audit reports to senior management
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement security improvements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT auditing or a related field
• Knowledge of IT security principles and practices
• Experience with auditing tools and techniques
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• CISSP certification preferred
• Experience with cloud-based systems and technologies
• Understanding of regulatory requirements relevant to IT systems
