IT Systems Analyst II/III (Change Management) – Change Manager
Key Tasks & Responsibilities
- C oordinate and facilitate effective accomplishment of change and incident management among AFIN operators.
- This task includes: Receiving calls from AFIN operators to coordinate change process and incident resolution.
- Processing, reviewing, categorizing, documenting and working with stakeholders to ensure high visibility.
- Change Requests and Incidents are approved/routed through the system in a timely manner.
Education & Experience
Requires a bachelor's degree , or 2 - 4 years of related experience.
Certifications
Required: IAT II = CySA+, Security+, CCNA - Security, GICSP, GSEC, SSCP or higher
Desired
ITIL v4 Specialist – Create, Deliver, Support and/or ITIL v4 Strategist – Direct, Plan, and Improve
Security Clearance
Required: TS/SCI
Work Schedule
Day Shift. This is a 24/7/365 mission and extended hours/days may be required.
