Accountabilities
- Analyze existing workflows, systems, and processes to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
- Gather, document, and translate business and technical requirements into actionable system solutions.
- Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, process documentation, and system specifications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across business and technology teams to support effective solution delivery.
- Participate in Agile project activities, including planning, requirements refinement, testing, and implementation support.
- Evaluate system performance, analyze data, and provide insights to improve operational efficiency.
- Support system enhancements, integrations, and technology initiatives through analysis and coordination.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business users to ensure alignment on project objectives.
- Identify issues, troubleshoot system-related challenges, and recommend practical solutions.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on system reliability, usability, and scalability.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst or in a similar technology-focused role.
- Strong knowledge of systems analysis, design principles, and requirements gathering methodologies.
- Experience working with Agile project management methodologies and delivery frameworks.
- Able to create, maintain, and communicate clear technical documentation.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
- Experience with process improvement initiatives and workflow optimization.
- Familiarity with data analysis concepts and tools.
- Experience with healthcare systems, particularly Cerner, is preferred.
- Knowledge of SQL, data analysis tools, and system integration processes is a plus.
- Experience working in contract or contract-to-hire environments is preferred.
