IT Systems Analyst

Core Responsibilities

• Independently manage daily administration tasks with direct operational impact.
• Install, configure, and maintain Windows and Linux operating systems and mission-essential software.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and system-level issues in fast-paced operational environments.
• Work closely with cybersecurity teams to ensure adherence to DoD IA and security requirements.
• Configure and maintain customer-furnished IT systems, user accounts, and access controls.
• Provide system operation, restoration, and configuration assistance to end users.
• Develop and maintain operational procedures, configuration guides, and system documentation.
• Apply stringent IA policies during C4ISR service delivery and mission support.
• Manage system configurations and recommend upgrades to ADP equipment.
• Participate in special projects, operational exercises, and periodic shift work.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of related experience OR a Master’s Degree with 8 years of related experience.
• Current TS/SCI clearance.
• Security+ certification (DoD 8570 IAT Level II).
• Experience supporting Air Force ISR operations and related systems.

Preferred Qualifications

• AWS Solutions Architect training.
• Prior experience supporting Air Force ISR units.
• Network+ and Server+ certifications.

Pay and Benefits

Pay Range: $92,300.00 - $166,850.00
