IT - Systems Administrator III
Job Description
We are seeking a Certified ServiceNow Platform Administrator / Architect with demonstrated experience in ServiceNow administration, configuration, and architectural support. The ideal candidate will provide day-to-day platform administration, user support, configuration management, and architectural guidance to ensure the platform effectively supports business operations and IT Service Management requirements. This role requires strong policy knowledge and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Perform day-to-day administration, maintenance, and operations of the ServiceNow platform.
- Administer users, groups, roles, ACLs, and overall platform configuration.
- Manage platform updates, patches, releases, instance clone activities, and upgrades.
- Maintain platform governance, data quality, documentation, and support audit activities.
- Coordinate and support integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems.
- Provide architectural guidance for platform design, integration strategy, and long-term maintainability.
- Serve as a ServiceNow Subject Matter Expert (SME), providing end-user support and training.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, support enhancements, and participate in solution reviews.
Requirements
- Eight to twelve years of relevant experience, including experience with core ServiceNow modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, CMDB).
- Experience with ServiceNow configuration, workflows, business rules, and reporting.
- Knowledge of JavaScript, SDLC, Agile methodologies, Change Management, and MS Office Suite.
- The ability to leverage AI tools to improve productivity.
- ITIL certification.
- Experience in two or more ServiceNow module areas, such as SPM, ITOM, SecOps, or CSM.
- Experience with REST API integrations, data imports/exports, Transform Maps, MID Server, and Integration Hub.
Qualifications
- A degree from an accredited college or university in an applicable field is required. If the degree is not in an applicable field, four additional years of related experience are required.
