What You Will Do

  • Play a key role in maintaining reliable, secure, and high-performing IT systems that support both clinical and business operations.
  • Provide hands-on technical support while proactively identifying and resolving issues to keep systems running smoothly.
  • Deliver first-level support across infrastructure systems, including troubleshooting, deployment, and maintenance.
  • Monitor system performance and resolve issues to minimize downtime.
  • Manage Active Directory, including user access and permissions.
  • Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and virtual environments.
  • Perform system updates, patching, and routine maintenance.
  • Support backups and data recovery processes.
  • Respond to alerts, manage tickets, and resolve incidents efficiently.
  • Aid with Office 365, networking, security, and other enterprise systems.
  • Possess strong collaboration skills, partnering with IT team members on projects and continuous improvements.

A Typical Day

  • Monitor system alerts, respond to IT support tickets, and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure minimal disruption to operations.
  • Manage user accounts, perform system updates and patching, and maintain infrastructure components across the organization.
  • Collaborate with IT team members on projects and initiatives while supporting internal users with professional, timely service.

Qualifications

  • Associate degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 0–3 years of experience in IT support or systems administration.
  • Experience with Windows Server environments and Active Directory.
  • Foundational understanding of networking concepts and system integrations.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Relevant IT certifications preferred.
