What You Will Do
- Play a key role in maintaining reliable, secure, and high-performing IT systems that support both clinical and business operations.
- Provide hands-on technical support while proactively identifying and resolving issues to keep systems running smoothly.
- Deliver first-level support across infrastructure systems, including troubleshooting, deployment, and maintenance.
- Monitor system performance and resolve issues to minimize downtime.
- Manage Active Directory, including user access and permissions.
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and virtual environments.
- Perform system updates, patching, and routine maintenance.
- Support backups and data recovery processes.
- Respond to alerts, manage tickets, and resolve incidents efficiently.
- Aid with Office 365, networking, security, and other enterprise systems.
- Possess strong collaboration skills, partnering with IT team members on projects and continuous improvements.
A Typical Day
- Monitor system alerts, respond to IT support tickets, and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure minimal disruption to operations.
- Manage user accounts, perform system updates and patching, and maintain infrastructure components across the organization.
- Collaborate with IT team members on projects and initiatives while supporting internal users with professional, timely service.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 0–3 years of experience in IT support or systems administration.
- Experience with Windows Server environments and Active Directory.
- Foundational understanding of networking concepts and system integrations.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant IT certifications preferred.
