About the role

The Trade Desk is a global technology company and the world’s leading independent platform for digital advertising. This role operates across a diverse portfolio of enterprise technologies including Microsoft 365, Slack, Zoom, Power Platform, AI productivity tools, and associated cloud services.

Responsibilities

  • Collaboration & Productivity Systems: Administer and maintain enterprise collaboration platforms, including Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Power Platform, Slack, Zoom Meetings, Webinars, Rooms, and Telephony, Smartsheet, and other approved productivity solutions.
  • AI Systems & Automation: Administer enterprise AI productivity platforms and services, including Microsoft Copilot Chat, Power Platform AI capabilities, Slack AI integrations and agents, Zoom AI Companion, MPC Servers, Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies, and internal AI agents and productivity solutions.
  • Operations & Support: Provide escalation support for assigned technologies, participate in security incident response activities, operationalize support processes, create and maintain technical documentation, maintain strong vendor relationships, contribute to global IT projects, and assist with AI education and adoption efforts.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in related business or IT field preferred; Microsoft certification desired but not required with demonstrated experience. 5+ years of experience managing and working with TTD’s collaboration tool stack, or similar products, for email, eDiscovery, cloud file storage and permissions, productivity suites, virtual meetings, chat, phone systems, meeting room systems, and unified communications. Experience administering AI productivity platforms preferred. Prior experience working with the ITIL framework in a SOX regulated environment is highly desired. Strong customer service orientation and communication skills. Excellent written, verbal, and presentation abilities. Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues across multiple platforms. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to balance operational support responsibilities with strategic project work. Ability to work effectively both independently and within cross-functional teams. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to maintain confidentiality of systems, data, and company information. Conduct consistent with company ethics, security, compliance, and operational standards. Will be required to carry a company-funded smartphone and is expected to respond to urgent calls in a timely manner.

Pay

Base Salary is one part of our competitive total compensation and benefits package and is determined using a salary range. The base salary range for this role is $77,600—$142,200 USD.
