About the role
Responsible for managing and maintaining IT systems, ensuring smooth operations and responding to technical issues.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and software applications.
- Provide technical support to users and resolve system-related problems.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure optimal system performance.
- Collaborate with other departments to implement new technologies and improve processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in IT systems administration.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Experience with network management tools and protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or Bash.
- Experience with cloud computing platforms like AWS or Azure.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and incident response procedures.
