About the role
MeeBoss is sharing this active opportunity on behalf of the Association of Legal Administrators. The Systems Administrator supports and maintains the organization’s technology infrastructure, including networks, security systems, workstations, and cloud-based applications. This role assists with the installation, configuration, and support of hardware, software, SaaS, and secure remote access, while troubleshooting and resolving technical issues across the enterprise. The position also collaborates with the IT/Web Development Team to support the development, testing, and operation of web-based systems.
The Association of Legal Administrators is a non-profit professional association dedicated to supporting, educating, and uplifting members to succeed as leaders in the legal industry. This role offers the opportunity to serve as a subject matter expert for the organization’s CRM and support project management needs for organizational initiatives.

Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues; manage data integrity; perform system audits; and monitor use of laptops, peripherals, and mobile hotspots.
