About the role

Support mission environments where uptime, performance, and technical precision matter every day. Administer and support Linux-based systems, troubleshoot Cisco network configurations, support NetApp filer configurations, and help sustain Kubernetes and containerized environments.

Responsibilities

  • Administer and support Linux-based systems in a mission environment
  • Use Linux shell commands and scripting to automate tasks and improve efficiency
  • Troubleshoot Cisco network configurations, commands, and connectivity issues
  • Sustain Kubernetes and containerized environments
  • Work across system, network, and storage layers to keep infrastructure stable and responsive
  • Partner with technical teams to resolve issues quickly and maintain mission readiness

Requirements

  • Clearance: Top Secret Clearance with Polygraph, must be active
  • Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field and 10 years of relevant experience, High School Diploma and 15 years of related experience
  • In-scope polygraph within the last 7 years
  • Experience supporting Linux systems, network infrastructure, and storage environments in a technical operations setting

Skills

  • Strong Linux experience
  • Proficiency in Linux shell commands and scripting
  • Knowledge of Cisco network configurations, commands, and troubleshooting
  • Knowledge of NetApp filer configurations, commands, and troubleshooting
  • Kubernetes and containerization experience
