Key Responsibilities
- Provide on-site IT support for:31 users across three office locations
- Serve as the primary internal point of contact for IT issues
- Coordinate escalations and projects with the MSP
- Support Microsoft 365 (user accounts, email, Teams, SharePoint)
- Affiliate with workstation, printer, and basic network troubleshooting
- Affiliate with onboarding/offboarding (devices, access, accounts)
- Maintain IT documentation and asset inventory
- Affiliate with cybersecurity practices and endpoint protection
- Coordinate with ISPs, copier vendors, and software providers
Requirements
- Required: 2+ years of IT support or systems administration experience, preferably
- Preferred: Experience in a small-to-mid-size business environment
- Microsoft 365 administration experience
- Strong troubleshooting and customer support skills
- Ability to work on-site and travel as needed
- Preferred: Experience working with an MSP
- Preferred: Basic cybersecurity or compliance exposure (CMMC, NIST, etc.)
- Preferred: Familiarity with on-prem server environments
- Preferred: Relevant IT certifications or equivalent experience
