Provide comprehensive IT support to clients in a hybrid work environment from Dallas, TX.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with software and hardware issues
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting
- Document and escalate complex issues to senior support staff
- Train clients on new software and systems
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- 2+ years of IT support experience
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
- Proficient in Windows and Mac operating systems
