About the role
The IT Support Supervisor oversees the technical support team and ensures that all IT infrastructure and systems are functioning optimally. They manage day-to-day operations, troubleshoot complex issues, and provide guidance to junior staff.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the technical support team and ensure efficient service delivery
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex IT issues
- Provide guidance and training to junior staff members
- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure and systems
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless IT support
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of IT support experience, preferably in a supervisory role
- Proven ability to manage and mentor a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Experience with IT infrastructure management tools and software
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of network administration and cybersecurity principles

Pay
Salary range: $60,000 - $70,000 per year
Schedule
Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
