About the role

The IT Support Supervisor oversees the technical support team and ensures that all IT infrastructure and systems are functioning optimally. They manage day-to-day operations, troubleshoot complex issues, and provide guidance to junior staff.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of IT support experience, preferably in a supervisory role
• Proven ability to manage and mentor a team
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Experience with IT infrastructure management tools and software

Qualifications

Pay

Salary range: $60,000 - $70,000 per year

Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
