IT Support Staff - Part-Time (Student)
Job Duties
- Troubleshooting Windows, Mac and printer issues.
- Assigning tickets in our helpdesk.
- Preparing and updating devices for deployment.
- Aiding patrons with our Virtual Reality and One Button Studio services.
Requirements and qualifications
- Possess excellent customer service skills.
- Be reliable.
- Flexible in regard to scheduling.
Starting pay begins at $12.50 per hour, the hours of duty vary, and applicants must be willing to work 10-15 hours per week, scheduled between 9:00 am and 8:00 pm.
