IT Support Specialists - 20 Hour/week
About the role
The customer is seeking a part-time, onsite Tier 1 IT Support Specialist in Boulder, CO to support local IT needs as the company transitions from its closing West Coast operations. The role involves supporting approximately 30 onsite employees and contributing to a broader U.S. employee base of around 200 users.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoots common hardware, software, and access issues
- Serves as the primary point of contact for IT support
- Supports MacOS (primary), Windows, and Chromebook environments
- Manages user accounts (Entra ID, Google Workspace)
- Performs onboarding/offboarding and device provisioning
- Trades troubleshooting printers, Wi-Fi, and network connectivity
- Manages endpoints using Microsoft Intune
- Documents all work and escalates complex issues appropriately

- Experience with enterprise tools, Windows, Mac, Intune, Entra ID, Google Workspace, Desktop Support, Help Desk, Endpoint Support, Jira service management, Microsoft Intune, Google workforce administration, Microsoft Entra, Slack
- Knowledge base documentation experience
- Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD experience

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $29.00/hr. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
