Job Summary
As an IT Support Specialist I, you’ll be the go-to technical expert for helping clients solve hardware, software, and networking issues. You’ll install and configure systems, troubleshoot problems, and provide hands-on support both on-site and remotely. In this role, you’ll work directly with clients to ensure their technology runs smoothly, while building your skills in IT systems, troubleshooting, and customer service.
Essential Requirements
- Minimum of five (5) years of hands-on experience as a Technical Support Engineer or in a similar technical support role.
- In-depth knowledge of business software and hardware systems, with strong troubleshooting capabilities.
- Knowledge of web services, APIs, and IP-based protocols.
- Experience with scripting languages such as Perl or Shell.
- Solid understanding of computer hardware and networking systems.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively.
- Effective time management skills.

- The salary range is $70k-$85k.
