Responsibilities
- Deliver second-level technical support for employees by diagnosing and resolving issues involving computers, software, printers, and network connectivity.
- Provide day-to-day assistance in Windows, Mac, and Google Workspace environments, ensuring users can work effectively across multiple platforms.
- Support teams across functions such as sales, marketing, finance, legal, warehouse, wholesale, and operations by responding to service requests and technical questions.
- Track, update, and close support requests through the ticketing system while maintaining clear documentation of actions taken and outcomes.
- Handle user lifecycle activities including onboarding, offboarding, account setup, access changes, and permission-related requests.
- Assist with troubleshooting business applications and operational systems, using established procedures to address incidents related to functionality and data accuracy.
- Escalate advanced infrastructure or network-related problems to external technology partners when additional expertise is required.
- Carry out recurring IT operational tasks, support device deployment and break/fix work, and help maintain system access controls, door codes, and related permissions.
- Contribute to data validation, issue correction, and reporting support by following documented workflows and identifying discrepancies for resolution.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of IT support experience, including strong hands-on work in desktop support or help desk environments.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and support Microsoft Windows systems in a business setting.
- Working knowledge of Mac devices and Google Workspace administration or end-user support.
- Demonstrated skill in diagnosing technical issues, evaluating root causes, and applying effective solutions.
- Strong communication and customer support abilities with a service-oriented approach to assisting end users.
- Able to manage tasks independently, prioritize competing requests, and work with limited supervision.
- Experience following documented processes and contributing to process improvements when needed.
- Background supporting business applications, multi-site operations, or industries such as beverage, retail, hospitality, manufacturing, or distribution is preferred.
