About the role
Provide comprehensive IT support to clients, ensuring smooth operation of all systems and applications.
Responsibilities
- Resolve client issues related to software and hardware problems promptly.
- Train clients on new software and systems as needed.
- Monitor system performance and make recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of IT support experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Proficiency in Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Experience with common IT tools and software.
