About the role

Provide comprehensive IT support to clients, ensuring smooth operation of all systems and applications.

Responsibilities

  • Resolve client issues related to software and hardware problems promptly.
  • Train clients on new software and systems as needed.
  • Monitor system performance and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of IT support experience.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Windows and Linux operating systems.
  • Experience with common IT tools and software.
