IT Support Specialist

Overview We are currently seeking an IT Support Specialist in our IT Department in Chicago, IL. The IT Support Specialist provides daily support to computer users throughout the organization. Primary responsibility is Telephone support to company Help Desk hotline. Responds to queries, runs diagnostic programs, isolates problem, and determines and implements solution. Qualifications Degree in Information Technology or related field or relevant experience,Excellent oral and written communicationAbility to prioritize tasks and work in a fast paced environmentSalary: $25-$34 per hour Division: Service Group Job Category: Information Technology Job Type: Full_time Please note that job titles may span more than one career level.
