It Support Specialist
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripheral devices
- Set up workstations, monitors, printers, scanners, and other technology equipment
- Provide technical support to end users in person, by phone, and through remote support tools
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, email, and network connectivity issues
- Aid employees with Microsoft Office and other business applications
- Create and maintain user accounts, passwords, and access permissions
- Aid with antivirus, endpoint protection, and software updates
- Connect users to network resources and provide basic training on company systems
- Document support requests, resolutions, and work instructions
- Cookordination with the IT Manager and external vendors on technology projects
- Aid with purchasing and inventory management of IT equipment and supplies
- Escalate complex technical issues as needed
- Support technology initiatives across multiple ATTC locations

Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred, or equivalent work experience

- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and commitment to providing quality support
Physical Requirements
- Ability to work at a computer for extended periods
- Ability to regularly walk and work throughout a manufacturing facility
- Comfortable spending time on the production floor interacting with employees
- Periodically travel to other locations

Pay And Benefits
- The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
