It Support Specialist
Description
Provide onsite desktop support within a large distribution center environment. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows-based workstations, Zebra scanners, printers, and mobile devices. Time clocks and warehouse technology. Support a high-volume hardware environment (2,000–3,000+ endpoints). Handle tickets through ServiceNow. Perform in-person support across the facility (including warehouse floor and office areas). Assist with device deployments, replacements, and maintenance. Provide basic AV support (conference room setups, Cisco/WebEx-enabled devices). Collaborate with supervisors and team members on incident management and queue prioritization. Maintain a strong customer service presence as the primary IT contact onsite.
- 3–5 years of IT support experience
- Strong experience in desktop support / field support (hands-on, onsite)
- Experience troubleshooting Windows OS, Hardware (laptops, desktops, printers)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically active environment
- Comfortable being on your feet for extended periods
