The organization has experienced rapid growth, positioning itself as a notable brand within the legal sector.About the Opportunity:The IT Support Specialist role focuses on managing internal technology support, device lifecycle management, and employee onboarding/offboarding related to IT systems. This position supports the organization by ensuring smooth technology operations and contributing to cost optimization and technical project support, directly impacting operational efficiency.Responsibilities:Serve as the first point of contact for employee technology issues, including hardware, software, and account accessTroubleshoot routine technical issues and escalate complex problems as neededMaintain an internal knowledge base for common technical issues and resolutionsManage device inventory, order equipment, and coordinate hardware delivery for new hiresConduct onboarding sessions for software installation and account accessInstall and administer remote monitoring and support software on company devicesProvision and deprovision employee accounts, software licenses, and device access based on role changesMonitor software license usage to identify cost-saving opportunitiesRecommend software consolidation and license optimization strategiesAssist with technology system upgrades, rollouts, and IT projectsMaintain technology documentation and internal support resourcesResearch and recommend technology solutions to meet organizational needsRequirements:Technical degree or relevant certifications0–2 years of experience in a technical support or IT roleAbility to quickly learn new technical platforms and user workflowsStrong creative problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot independentlyExcellent written and verbal communication skillsPreferred experience with LastPass, HubSpot, Asana, PandaDoc, Zoom, Slack, Toggl, Ninety, and Google WorkspaceExperience evaluating and recommending new software solutions is a plusPay Range and Compensation Package:$50,000–$60,000 USD annually, based on experienceBenefits & Perks:Company pays 75% of medical, dental, and vision insurance premiums for employees and their familiesFlexible vacation policyEducation budget for courses, conferences, and booksCompany-sponsored activities, outings, and retreats401(k) plan with a 3% employer matchFlexible work arrangement with the option to work remotely or from the office Equal Opportunity Statement: Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
