Location: On-site (Salisbury, MD) — Not a remote position
Responsibilities
- Solve Problems: Troubleshoot hardware, software, and daily operational tech issues.
- Support the Team: Respond quickly and professionally to employee IT queries.
- Protect Assets: Maintain strict security protocols for company data.
- Manage Inventory: Keep track of physical hardware assets and equipment.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year in an IT support role.
- Strong knowledge of hardware, software, networking, and basic cybersecurity.
- Outstanding communication, sharp attention to detail, and a self-motivated drive.
- Proven ability to multitask and manage competing technical priorities.
