About the role
Responsible for providing technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and maintaining systems.
Responsibilities
- Provide timely and effective technical support via phone, email, and remote access tools.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software problems, including operating system and application issues.
- Document issues and solutions for future reference and training purposes.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration and support across departments.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks to keep systems running smoothly.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in IT support or a related field.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Windows/Linux operating systems, common applications, and network troubleshooting.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with ticketing systems and helpdesk software.
