Key Responsibilities
- Create, modify, and deactivate user accounts in Active Directory.
- Ensure users have correct account permissions by collaborating with SSVA (third-party IT vendor).
- Maintain compliance with access and security protocols.
- Troubleshoot and resolve end-user technical issues efficiently.
- Escalate complex technical issues to higher support tiers or specialized teams as necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of IT assets, including hardware, software, and licenses.
- Ensure proper allocation and compliance with organizational standards.
- Manage relationships with utility and service providers.
- Negotiate, renew, and maintain IT service agreements to ensure cost-effective operations.
- Perform regular system updates and routine maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with organizational IT policies and security standards.
- Collaborate with IT Vendors.
- Work closely with external vendors to ensure proper system functionality.
- Cookordination efforts for system enhancements and issue resolution.
Key Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent required.
- An associate degree in IT or a related field preferred.
- Microsoft Certifications are a plus.
- A minimum of 1+ years in an IT support setting, preferably in a healthcare environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to support end-users effectively.
- The ability to work collaboratively with both internal staff and external vendors.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently.
