Responsibilities
- Resolve hardware, software, and peripheral issues for end users across our locations
- Respond to support requests via phone, email, chat, and ticketing system
- Set up and configure new hardware, software, and equipment for new and existing employees
- Document all interactions clearly and accurately in our ticketing system
- Cook up with vendors on warranty, repair, and equipment replacement as needed
- Makes occasional visits to nearby branch locations to provide on-site support
- Contributes to internal documentation, training materials, and process improvements
- Identifies and flags recurring issues and patterns to help improve overall IT operations
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of experience in a technical support role
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office
Qualifications
- Experience with troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues
- Knowledge of common IT tools and software such as Microsoft Office, Windows operating systems, and basic networking concepts
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
