IT Support Specialist

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner! The Role• Provide technical support for operations teams, resolving IT issues within facilities across a defined geographical area.• Manage, maintain, and troubleshoot IT equipment essential for daily operations.• Handle support requests and follow procedures across a network of systems.• Assist in training new team members on IT processes and equipment.• Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with new technologies.• Support customers across multiple buildings and remotely. What You'll Need• Proven experience with computer systems and troubleshooting technical problems.• Experience in a fast-paced environment requiring a high degree of customer service.• Ability to lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk for extended shifts, and perform physical tasks like pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, and reaching.• At least 1 year of experience supporting Windows, Mac, or Linux operating systems.• Familiarity with IT equipment allocation and maintenance.• Willingness to travel within your local or regional area to support customers.
