Responsibilities
- Provide IT support for operations teams, resolving technical issues within facilities across a defined geographical area.
- Allocate, maintain, and troubleshoot IT equipment essential for operations.
- Manage support requests and execute procedures across the network.
- Assist in training new team members.
- Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Support customers both on-site and remotely across multiple buildings.
Requirements
- Experience troubleshooting integrated and interdependent computer systems.
- Proven ability to work in a dynamic environment with a high degree of customer service.
- 1+ years of experience supporting Windows, Mac, or Linux operating systems.
- Ability to lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk for extended shifts, and perform frequent physical tasks like pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, and reaching.
- Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Cisco/CCNA, Linux, Microsoft hardware, AWS) are a plus.
Pay
Competitive hourly wage of $23 - $37 per hour.
