Job Summary
Join our team and be a key player in supporting our customers and testing and documenting our software releases. Job Type: Part-time with an upgrade to full-time.
What You’ll Do
- Provide Technical Support: Answer phone calls directly from customers and provide technical support to end-users (software only).
- Write and execute test plans: Test new features and execute test plans.
- Troubleshoot and resolve: Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues efficiently.
- Document: Document solutions and assist with IT documentation, including diagrams.
- Contribute: To the overall success of our IT solutions.
