About the role
Ashton Solutions is a fast-growing Managed Services Provider (MSP) supporting businesses across Northeastern Ohio. We are seeking an IT Support Technician to join our collaborative team.
Responsibilities
- Work alongside senior engineers to troubleshoot a wide range of end-user environments
- Support business-critical systems
- Troubleshoot issues across a variety of on-premises and cloud environments
- Manage and prioritize support tickets while setting clear expectations and delivering excellent customer service
- Accurately document client issues, resolutions, and follow-up actions
- Support over 100+ SMB clients, gaining exposure to diverse technologies and business environments
Requirements
- 0-2 years of hands-on PC support or IT support experience
- Experience with Microsoft 365
- General knowledge of hardware platforms, cloud services, and line-of-business applications
- Strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to shift priorities quickly in a fast-paced service environment
- Confidence delivering high-quality customer service and communicating clearly with end users
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to follow tasks through to completion accurately
- Curiosity and willingness to continuously learn new technologies and tools
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (for on-site support)
