Description Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM M-F "on Site" Full time Salary: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 annually Location: KPSM & KP&C Kratos Industries – KPSM 6255 Joyce Dr Arvada, CO 80403 Kratos Industries - KP&C 14401 W 65th Way, Unit B Arvada, CO 80004 Position Summary The IT Support Specialist provides comprehensive technical support to company employees, ensuring reliable operation of hardware, software, and network systems. This role serves as the primary point of contact for end-user technical issues at Legrand’s Denver, CO locations, while also delivering remote support to our global teams, to ensure uninterrupted productivity across the organization Essential Functions Deliver advanced technical support and troubleshooting for end users at our Denver, CO facilities of Legrand’s Data, Power, and Control business division, as well as provide remote support for global sites and usersLeverage deep knowledge of enterprise IT infrastructure, network systems, and application environments, including Windows computers, OT systems, and IoT devices, to support manufacturing operationsRegularly communicate and collaborate with internal and external IT functional experts, manufacturing staff and business stakeholders to ensure correct and timely support is deliveredManage cybersecurity vulnerabilities and partner with IT staff and business users on cybersecurity initiatives, to implement innovative solutions Diagnose and resolve complex hardware and software technical issues Maintain and repair computers and peripheral devicesFacilitate new employee setup, deployment, and onboardingMaintain accurate inventory of IT equipmentInstall and configure software on user machines to optimize system performanceCoordinate maintenance and repairs with third-party vendorsPurchase and provision IT supplies Perform other duties as necessary or assigned Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Proven IT experience supporting end users and computer systemsPreferred experience supporting Windows servers and network environmentsWorking understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP network protocolsFamiliarity with ITSM principles and best practicesAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment while managing multiple prioritiesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong customer service orientation and interpersonal skillsSkilled at diagnosing and resolving complex technical problemsDemonstrated ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologiesSelf-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent work experienceMinimum four (4) years of IT user support experienceITIL 4 Foundation certification preferred Working Conditions / Physical Requirements Ability to lift, move and/or transport equipment weighing up to 25 poundsAbility to install/remove equipment and/or related wiring underneath desks or other confined areas with limited spaceAbility to engage in repetitive bending and/or twisting to assemble, assess, maintain or disassemble equipment and/or wiringAbility to sit or stand for extended periods of timeOccasional travel to other Legrand locations Note: The above Job Description is representative of the responsibilities and qualifications necessary to be successful in this role.
