The Concerts Technology team at Live Nation Entertainment is seeking individuals with a passion for IT support and a drive to excel in a dynamic industry. This role involves providing on-site IT troubleshooting assistance at various venues and events.

About the role

As a Venue IT Support Representative, you will gain hands-on experience in IT service delivery and troubleshooting. Your responsibilities include:

  • Providing onsite IT troubleshooting assistance to venue staff.
  • Identifying and resolving persistent issues.
  • Reporting venue technology problems to remote support teams.
  • Acting as an onsite liaison with remote IT support teams.
  • Assisting with artist Internet connectivity and other IT rider requirements.
  • Ensuring POS and access control technologies are operational before fan entry.
  • Deploying, managing, and maintaining IT equipment.
  • Participating in seasonal IT preparations and shutdowns.
  • Extending or implementing venue IT infrastructure for special events.

Responsibilities

Key duties include:

  • Onsite IT support for venue staff.
  • Addressing persistent issues and reporting to remote support.
  • Coordinating with remote IT teams for issue resolution.
  • Providing IT support during artist performances.
  • Ensuring POS and access control systems are ready for fans.
  • Maintaining and deploying IT equipment.
  • Participating in seasonal IT preparations and shutdowns.
  • Implementing new IT infrastructure for special events.

Requirements

  • Experience with Apple iOS, MS Windows, and network technologies.
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
