Responsibilities
- Respond to support tickets
- Assist with hardware and software troubleshooting
- Set up user accounts
- Support remote access and connectivity issues
Qualifications
- MUST BE CURRENTLY ENROLLED AS A STUDENT PURSUING A DEGREE FROM AN ACCREDITED COLLEGE OR UNIVERSITY IN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY OR RELATED FIELD
- BASIC UNDERSTANDING OF WINDOWS 11 AND MICROSOFT OFFICE APPLICATIONS
- FAMILIARITY WITH MAC OSX AND GENERAL TRoubleshooting PREFERRED
- STRONG COMMUNICATION SKILLS AND WILLINGNESS TO LEARN IN A COLLABORATIVE ENVIRONMENT
Physical Demands
- Ability to move freely (standing, stooping, walking, bending, pushing and pulling)
- Must be able to lift up to a maximum of 50lbs pounds without assistance
- Must be able to sit for extended periods of time
- Must be able to read, write, speak and type English
- Must be able to hear and use a telephone
Work Environment
- Traditional office setting
- This role reports to Grow HQ in Tampa
- Qualified candidates must live local to Tampa Bay
- Occasionally travel to other branches or locations as needed
- Hands-on tasks may include assisting with hardware setup and relocation
- Standard Business hours are 8:00am- 5:00pm, Monday- Friday
- Requires a minimum of 20hrs/week
- Interns will have flexibility around school schedules
