Key job responsibilities
- Process tickets via approved standard operating procedures (SOPs) to triage and resolve customer issues.
- Provision, Deploy, and troubleshoot Windows, Linux, and macOS workstations.
- Provision, Deploy, and troubleshoot bare-metal Windows and Linux servers.
- Configure, Deploy, and Replace network infrastructure including switches, routers, and firewalls.
- Participate in hiring, training and development of others.
- Provide technical support for Amazon Leo Production, lab and launch Infrastructure, components, and associated software.
- Provide remote support for Amazon Leo employees and infrastructure worldwide.
- Perform scheduled maintenance and system upgrades.
- Assist with project implementations and technology deployments.
- Drive engineering best practices (e.g., Operational Excellence, Security, Quality, etc.) and set standards.
- Participate in on-call responsibilities.

Alexa IT Services is a fast-paced technical support organization that is focused on supporting large-scale business initiatives while maintaining a Day1 mentality. Our support scope involves several highly technical areas such as Production Operations, Lab Operations, Launch, and Warehousing.
Basic Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of technical support experience
- 2+ years of IT client, server, and network service delivery experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting video conference and teleconference equipment
- CCENT or equivalent level networking certification, or a Bachelor's degree
