About the role
Support, build, implement, and improve technology solutions across multiple sites. Manage large projects with minimal guidance, affecting multiple locations. Resolve critical customer issues to restore functionality. Expand technical knowledge in software design, data structures, AWS, and distributed systems. Lead continuous improvement efforts and automate manual tasks. Serve as the first point of escalation for IT issues.
What You'll Need
- 4+ years of IT systems or relevant commercial production environment experience.
- 4+ years of Microsoft, Linux, or Cisco IOS (CLI) administration experience.
- 4+ years of troubleshooting in a multi-user, high-availability environment.
- 4+ years of networking experience (DNS, DHCP, SSL, OSI Model, TCP/IP).
- 4+ years of PC repair, troubleshooting, deployment, and liquidation experience.
- Ability to lift up to 49 lbs and stand/walk for 12-hour shifts.
- Current, valid Driver License for travel to support regional customers.
